The spacious villa features a stylishly furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with double box-spring beds. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom. All rooms in the villa have air conditioning.

Directly behind the house lies the spacious swimming pool with a terrace, sun loungers, seating areas, and a gas-fired brick BBQ.

Casa Kousgaard is located between Malaga and Granada, south of the white village of Sayalonga.
It is a 45-minute drive to Malaga, and 20 to 30 minutes to the coast and beaches.
